Bike Easy NEEDS Your Help!

Let’s Show the City that we want A COMPLETE ESPLANADE:

BIKE LANES FROM CLAIBORNE to MOSS

Sign the petition and they will deliver your message to the Mayor’s Office.
ACTION REQUESTED FROM THE CITY  OF NEW ORLEANS
  • Include the dedicated striped bicycle lane as part of the contract to resurface Esplanade Ave as part of the Paths to Progress Program.
  • If the lane painting cannot be included in the repaving project, commit resources to immediately stripe the bicycle lanes after repaving.
  • Continue Complete Streets implementation in future Paths to Progress projects, specifically the repaving of St. Claude from Rampart to Elysian Fields.
  • Include pedestrian-scale llighting and signage improvements to streets recently overhauled as part of Paths to Progress
